A 33,000 square foot Ambulatory Surgical Center, a 700 car parking garage, and a FAA helipad on the roof, all on a restrictive site meant a tough approvals process and a complex design challenges that were met successfully.
The addition of a state of the art Ambulatory Surgical Center gives a new and positive image to a dated facility.
Victor was responsible for managing the design and construction of over 100 projects at Maine Medical Center.
Working with the builder, Victor coordinated all work with the owner and architect to develop a strong and positive relationship for this 130,000 square foot Assisted Living Center and the 48 Independent Living Homes.
