Victor graduated from Cornell University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and is a registered architect in Maine, New Hampshire, and Washington. He worked for Walter Gropius at the Architects Collaborative in Cambridge and for three Maine architectural firms prior to opening his own office in 1980.
Victor has over 30 years in Maine architecture and healthcare project management, combined with years of hands-on construction experience.
